BRAVE IT © transcends all ages, beliefs and abilities, whether
it is an adult who wants to move on but is stuck in negative
self-beliefs and circumstance, or a child or teenager who is
witnessing violence and abuse either in the home, school or other
environment and feels helpless, trapped, scared and confused.
This programme sensitively deals with the issues around, and damage done by abusers, emotional and/or physical, offering coping strategies by which to rebuild your confidence, self esteem and resilience - moving on to a safer positive and PEACEFUL future.
